Lonnie’s list of past and current clients includes some of the major acts of the last era. He has truly carved a name for himself in several roles beginning as the Director of Security of the Great Western Forum, then as Venue Security Specialist on various projects around the world. In 2012, he became the recipient of the Top Dog Director of Security Award for his work with Linkin Park/ Bruno Mars at the annual Tour Link Conference. When individuals are asked to describe him, they can’t help but mention his leadership and his ultimate hunger for success. That same drive created My Brother’s Keeper (MBK) Security Services in 2016. His passion for security finds him continuing to pursue the latest technologies and procedures that he can offer his clients. Lonnie’s vision for MBK is to create a team of passionate security professionals that, like him, are serious about protecting MBK clients-their family.
After over two decades in the entertainment security industry, we could say Raymond Harris is a house hold name. In the early years, Ray made a name for his self with Motley Crue. Ray is currently Director of Security for the Grammy award winning band Foo Fighters. Ray brings senior leadership skills, client advocacy and is an integral part of the constant growth of MBK.
His passion for security and safety has made Russell Paulding a force to be reckoned with in the Entertainment security industry! Success of your project is the only mission for him. He exemplifies the My Brother’s Keeper vision by making sure that everyone he meets feels valued and appreciated. From leading security for 10 time Grammy award winner John Legend to American, rapper, songwriter and producer Future to now the Director of Venue Security for the incomparable Bruno Mars. This type of diversity accurately demonstrates his flexibility in this industry. Russell’s hard work, passion and moral values are the cornerstone of MBK.
Larry Pfister is essentially an all-inclusive professional. Larry’s core goal is to complete his project’s in a safe and effective manner. Larry uses the tactical training he received from the military and as a federal agent to provide MBK clients with an added layer of security. Larry is also licensed to carry a firearm in all 50 states.
Touring since 2006, with 14 years of Military (US Army, Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard) and an extensive background of over 14 years in Loss Prevention & Security; I provide consistent and high-quality service to clients. I am an energetic security professional with exceptional investigative, organizational and people skills. An excellent communicator with strong personal ethics and integrity, I convey a professional image of honesty and concern for clients’ wants and needs. Good conflict-resolution skills, work well under pressure with or without deadlines and committed to organizational excellence. Computer skills include Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Venue security advancing and pass distribution for tours. Day to day personal security for a few clients during tours and events.
Sax is what you would consider a hybrid in the security industry. He has the prototype security size build but then he added in a Berkley education. He has a ravenous thirst for wanting to make sure your project runs as smooth as possible. Sax embodies the definition of a true team player; he can work with anyone. Previous assignments include Bruno Mars, Lil Wayne, Johnny Gill and Silk. Sax is currently Director of Security of Shania Twains Now World Tour.
